The extensive programme consists of a number of tool series which are based on different marking systems, allowing for all marking directions and types of markings.
With this tool series the marking is achieved through a number of revolutions of the marking roll on the work piece. The driving knurl and dots can be removed with further processing after the marking operation (e.g cutting off).
The quality of this product range is now improved: all tool holders are equipped with carbide pins and are surface hardened. The user benefits from reduced production times and prolonged tool life.
The new marking tool product range is based on a spring mechanism, by which the marking roll / segments return to their starting position after the marking process. Hence, the marking roll / segment can be used for the processing of different work piece diameters, i.e. several work pieces can be processed with the same roll or segment. Moreover, a precise setting of the text along the work piece circumference is possible.
Flexibility in production is maximised through an easy exchange of the segments (e.g letters, numbers or signs), resulting in considerable cost reductions in the production process.
