All types of machines are served by the ZEUS product range: Lathe machines, auto lathes, sliding head auto lathes as well as rotary transfer machines (CNC and conventional).
The portfolio covers all basic knurling applications, but also provides solutions for front and internal knurls and knurling applications to a shoulder.
ZEUS knurling wheels are made of High Speed Steel, Carbide or Powder Metallurgy Steel. The profiles are fine milled or ground, guaranteeing excellent knurling profiles. The programme further includes standard forms, convex and concave forms, knurls with radius as well as customer specific knurls.
Precise setting of the diameter for cut knurling applications is facilitated by the aid of setting scales. Setting screws are used for a fine adjustment of the tool head, guaranteeing an even profile depth.
The development of modular tooling systems, by which the knurling tools can be used in a right and left-hand orientation, reduces investment costs considerably.
