Easy tool setting reduces setting times:
- Easy adjustment of starting position by means of lock-in mechanism at 30° for accurate knurling profile.
- Fine adjustment of knurl head through threaded spindle (with scale) – ensuring a knurling profile parallel to the axis.
Flexibility:
- Modular system: universal knurling tool for both left and right hand orientation.
- Fast and easy head orientation. The cut nurling head locates on three points guaranteeing a precise position after each assembly.
Stability:
- Unique design offers protection from radial deflection and axial torque for improved tool positioning on the work piece and excellent knurling profiles.
- Rigid tool design ensures process safety even under extreme machining conditions.
Increased tool life:
- Knurling wheel options: PVD coated knurling wheels for increased life.
- Special surface hardening of tool holder for increased tool life (Nitriding)

Flexibility through vertical adjustment: Cut knurling tool applicable for shank size 20 and 25 mm.
Stability:
- Rigid cut knurling tool head: Gear tooth system between tool holder and cut knurling head for a steady vibration-free processing. Excellent surface quality even for difficult to machine materials.
User-Friendly:
- Setting aid: By means of the adjusting spindle and the adjusting scale, the work piece diameter can be set precisely.
