We attach great importance to fill our management and skilled workers’ positions from within our own pool of employees. Apprenticeships at the Hommel + Keller group covers both clerical and technical working areas. An important part of our personnel development is the advancing of the employee’s capabilities by delegating responsible tasks right from the beginning.

In a yearly development meeting, the employee and the personnel manager will discuss and explore the personal aims and the required skills to achieve them. Both sides work out the necessary measures to develop them further.

Further training: H+K Training Academy

Providing further education programmes is one of the pillars of our human resources management. Employees of all hierarchy levels can benefit from a diversity of further training measures, that use internal and external sources alike. You will take part in external seminars during normal working hours, and also regularly attend the H+K Training Academy that offers a number of qualification programmes throughout the year.
